Urgent hotfix released due to sudden breakage of something in the Dropbox integration. Users were experiencing an error message when trying to load a new file, despite already being online:
This is a critical bug affecting a large number of users, which seriously impacts usability, so an urgent patch has been deployed.
I’m still working on a subsequent issue where on some devices, the file loads blank. If the chart loads blank, swipe to turn the page and it will instantly appear. It only happens the first time you open a chart – after that it should appear fine. I am working on getting this fixed and another update will be released as soon as this secondary issue is corrected. Apologies for the trouble.
