Need help with Orpheus? You’re in the right place!

Paid for Pro version but not seeing entitlements

If you paid for Pro version but the app isn’t applying the Pro entitlements, please try the following things in order:

  1. Close the app, then restart it. (Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to see active apps, then swipe up on Orpheus app to close it. This is fully exiting an app, not just multitasking away whilst leaving it running in the background.)
  2. In Orpheus go to My Profile > Manage Subscription > Restore Purchases (which is right down the bottom)

If neither of those things works, please open a support ticket with the details. Please include a screenshot of the “Manage Subscription” screen along with any error message you received.
