The time it takes to cache depends on how many files are in your Dropbox. It’s actually not within our control on the Orpheus side – it’s governed by the Dropbox API.
Typically we’ve noticed this problem effects users trying to cache a large number of charts all in one hit. Try caching in smaller batches (eg add one folder then ‘cache everything’, then once that’s done add your second folder and ‘cache everything’.)
Another thing we’ve seen a few times is that a corrupt PDF file stalls the cache process so it gets stuck. This can be particularly frustrating as it’s hard to find exactly which file is the culprit. Again, breaking your cache process into smaller batches will help you narrow down and identify the corrupt file.
