Orpheus 2.0 – Version 1.3.38 – June 2026

Changelog

  • Improved: Subscription handling
  • New: App version now shown in Settings
  • Fixed: Miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements

Comments

This release focuses on making subscription handling rock solid. There’s been a round of work behind the scenes to make subscriptions more reliable, so purchases, renewals and restores should all behave totally predictably and reliably. Most users won’t notice anything different, which is exactly the point.

You’ll also find the app version number now displayed in Settings. A small addition, but it makes it much easier to tell me which version you’re on if you ever need to report something.

The usual round of smaller fixes and improvements is in here too – just zapping a few minor bugs reported through crash report tooling.

As always, if you run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Maeve Lander is a software developer by day, trumpeter and arranger by night. She created Orpheus ~13 years ago, when Android was first born. It has gone through iteration over the years, but has always held true to the original vision; a minimalist sheet music reader that just does one thing, really well.
